The Sheriff’s Office currently has four employees certified by the NHSTA (National Highway Safety and Traffic Administration) to teach and install child safety seats.  They are available to teach parents, grandparents or other interested persons in the proper installation of child safety seats in your particular vehicle.  It is important in the safety of the child to have the seat secured in a tight and safe manner.

Contact the crime prevention unit to schedule an appointment or if you need assistance.
